TOPICS in 2022 included:

November & December 2022: Creative Mark Making with Briedi McCrostie

Mark making is about the joy of the process, it is playful and experimental and can encourage a calm state of presence. This class is about combating perfectionism, opening up to new discoveries and taking time to self-soothe. We will engage with materials as a process for personal expression and mindfulness rather than focusing on a finished product.

September & October 2022: Creative Mindfulness for Well-being with Megan Ocheduszko.

Introducing creative ways to explore mindfulness for self reflection, expression and connection with others through the arts.

The classes will engage in varying art making activities with a different focus each week (eg “Spring: new beginnings and what this means to the individual” and “looking at inner strengths”). Classes will introduce and develop skills in mindful art making, self-reflection and connection, using art as a process rather than a finished product.

27 May – 26 August 2022: Creative Writing with Frankie McMillan.
