A fun and inspiring class for mature movers. You will learn phrases that explore musicality and be lead through creative tasks where you can experiment with your own movement. The class is designed to celebrate the maturing body and will improve strength and flexibility.
There is a strong artistic component as you get to respond to the changing artworks around you in beautiful Eastside Gallery and provocations for guided improvisation. No previous dance experience needed. This is low impact movement that travels through the space.
- $5 casual or $3.50 with a $35 10-class pass, which is valid for a year to use in any of our Centre-run classes.
